Quality Control

Description

Quality control in the company is performed at all levels and processes - from receiving the raw materials from suppliers, through  operational control of production and assembly of semi-finished products, to the final control of the finished products.  The quality control department is fully equipped with all necessary tools to control the various parameters of the manufactured products.

Lesto Product uses approved methods for analysis and discrepancy assessment.  Maintaining the 500 ppm target value, customer satisfaction assessment and staff appraisal are part of the processes supporting the gathering of information, conducting self-evaluation and decision making.

It is a company policy to deliver high quality products and maintain a professional and well-trained team of specialists. Employees from all levels are directly involved in quality control processes and continuously improve their knowledge and skills in various trainings.

The quality management system in the company is certified according to the ISO 9001 standard initially in by TUV Rheinland InterCert in June 2005 and then renewed in June 2008. The latest ISO 9001:2015 certificate renewal audit was performed by TUV NORD Bulgarien EOOD in July 2017. To see a list of all certificates please click here.
